Recently we decided to evaluate what our customers think of us. We sent out a simple survey to all customers, asking them to rank us in a few areas and answer a few questions about our performance. Below are the results of this survey as well as a sampling of the comments we received. We are pleased to share this feedback with you.

We asked our customers to rank their satisfaction with Alba in the following areas. A score of 1 indicated “dissatisfied” and a score of 5 indicated “very satisfied”.  The average scores were as follows:

In addition, we received the following comments from our customers:

“Alba has maintained inventory level to support our business, delivery on time, and helps me out when I have an issue. Janet always helps me out”

“Your customer representative came in for a visit. That was excellent to be face to face with the person at the other end of the phone”

“Quick turn around delivery”

“Always on time. No disruptions”

“You have always met our pick up requirements and the customer service has been top notch. Good job”

“Came up with pallets that are not usually ordered in a very short period of time”

“Always has the pallets ready when I need them”

“Last few shipments have been very quick”

Finally, all of our customers who participated in this survey, when asked if they would recommend Alba to other pallet users, they answered “YES/ABSOLUTELY”
